Shawn, I find that quite fascinating. I wonder, however, whether you&#039;re really getting enough sleep with four hours. Maybe it&#039;s just all the adrenaline in your body letting you function on a less-than-optimal sleep level?</description>

		<description>I&#039;m definitely a sleep advocate myself. I cannot function well unless I get 8-9 hours a night most nights. To me 6 hours feels like I was awakened in the middle of the night. I only wish we had 25 hour days, so I could be awake 16 hours and sleep 9. That is my optimum.
