I totally think you should get to go! I know that if you do, you’ll blog about it here so many of us will get to hear your stories and learn what you learned. Plus, you’re cool so they should want you at their event, because then other people would get to meet you there, too. The entire event would be better as a result. It all makes perfect sense to me!

Go and tell the rest of us what you heard at an IxDA local event in Toronto.

I’m sure that if you go, people will be inspired by you as much as you seek to be inspired by them. :)

Best of luck with the competition! I havent had the chance to attend FOWD, but have been to FOWA & FOM. I have to agree the events put on by Carsonified are great!

As you mentioned before the way in which you get to meet & chat with influential people at their events (in my case developers) is great! They are really open and seem like really nice geniune people. Only in a Carsonified event would the atmosphere seem so relaxed and open.
