		<description>Thanks for the kind words. I&#039;ve been blogging since 2002, so I&#039;ve had the good (or ill, maybe) fortune of being on the receiving end of a lot of pitches, both good and bad. That&#039;s certainly helped teach us what works and what doesn&#039;t.

Incidentally, Kris took that photo when we were in Banff, at a social media event a few years ago. At that particular moment, we were about to go dog-sledding. It was frickin&#039; cold for this Vancouverite.</description>
